A show about savings you want on the apartments you don’t

Thousand Dollar Listing follows the daily grind of Noah Kaplan - a real estate agent trying to make it in New York City. And while most real estate shows tend to focus on luxury properties that make you want to run for the nearest Powerball tickets vendor, the real side of real estate can be just as entertaining, especially when trying to find a home in New York under $1000 a month.

Noah is no stranger to tight budgets but even with his vast experience, it’s becoming increasingly hard to find new listings that fit the bill and the ones he does manage to find are becoming increasingly more bizarre. So naturally, each episode is filled with new challenges, one-of-a-kind rental “gems” around the city and priceless real estate tips (for those ballin’ on a budget). Rather than taking our word for it, feel free to check out the pilot episode and see for yourself:

We’re usually working on new episodes at any given moment and there are a few of them in production right now, which should be hitting the laptop screens near you fairly soon, so stay tuned. In the meantime, we really appreciate your patience and all the love & support. A special thank you to those of you who didn’t let their commitment issues stand in the way of subscribing to our YouTube channel - it means a great deal.

In The Press

Thousand Dollar Listing has been featured in quite a few online publications covering anything from the show’s witty commentary on the current state of New York’s real estate market to Noah’s inspiring journey as a real estate agent in the city.

“Million dollar homes are so passé. If you want to be taken seriously you gotta drop some zeros and get in on those thousand dollar homes. And there's no bigger player in the game right now than Noah Kaplan of Thousand Dollar Listing (a parody of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing). He’s got his ear to the ground and finger on the pulse of Brooklyn’s booming real estate market.”
